What you Pay
Rates & Fees
- Nightly rates: Seasonal rates apply and vary throughout the year, starting at $1,800 CAD per night.
- Maximum occupancy: 16 adults
- Minimum stay: 2 nights year-round, with a 3-night minimum stay during July and August
- Cleaning fee: $650 CAD per stay
- Weekly discount: 10% off reservations of 7 nights or longer
- Monthly discount: 40% off reservations of 30 nights or longer
- Booking deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your reservation.
- Final payment: The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to your arrival date.
Additional Guests: If your group size exceeds the standard occupancy or includes children, please contact us directly to discuss available accommodations and pricing.

Booking Request
Check-in & Checkout
Check-in time is after 3 pm. Checkout time is 11 am. Alternative check-in and check-out times are available upon request. Extra fees may apply. Arrival details will be shared with guests after reservations are confirmed and before check-in date. Hosts will be on site to greet the guests and provide the tour of the property.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 14 days before check-in. No refund after that.
